Healthy Living

Health is the state of being free of physical, mental, and social disease. Therefore complete health is unachievable But this should not prevent you from striving towards being as healthy as possible. There are advantages that come with being healthy such as:
  • decreased chance of diseases and
  • increased energy
One could change their diet to begin striving for better health. These changes do not have to be drastic. Start by making small steps and soon you will not even crave those foods anymore.
Another way to be healthier is to begin exercising.At first, you could go jogging or walking a few times a week. After about two to three weeks resistance training can be added to build muscle.
To prevent mental and social diseases, person should try to deal with stress and learn to manage their time wisely.
