Add exercise to start burning fat and building muscle. Once you start exercising you will need to get more protein. A good source isfish because it is high in protien and low in fat. Start easy by going on short walks or jogs and gradually. You can also do resistance training. A good idea is to go to the gym with friends who could encourage you.
Try to eat fruits and vegetables everyday. If you do not like a certain fruit/vegetable, find another fruit/vegetable that you can eat instead. Avoid fried foods because they contain alot of fat oils which can lead to clogged arteries. Also remember to keep hydrated by dinking water. Try to avoid soft drinks.
The first way to better health is by changing your diet. If you make big changes to your diet, it is unlikely that you would stick with it because your body will be starved of the food it is used to. So it is best to gradually change your diet so that yourbody has a chance to adapt.

Healthy Living

Health is the state of being free of physical, mental, and social disease. Therefore complete health is unachievable But this should not prevent you from striving towards being as healthy as possible. There are advantages that come with being healthy such as:
  • decreased chance of diseases and
  • increased energy
One could change their diet to begin striving for better health. These changes do not have to be drastic. Start by making small steps and soon you will not even crave those foods anymore.
Another way to be healthier is to begin exercising.At first, you could go jogging or walking a few times a week. After about two to three weeks resistance training can be added to build muscle.
To prevent mental and social diseases, person should try to deal with stress and learn to manage their time wisely.
